Shadow Session
For Product A participants

Product A clients may add individual shadow sessions without upgrading to Product B. Each includes pre-session alignment, facilitator attendance at one meeting, immediate verbal debrief, and 48-hour written debrief.

HR / L&D Volume Track

When an organisation places three or more participants in the same cohort, a volume rate applies. This is not a discount — it reflects the efficiency of running the diagnostic and sessions at scale. Minimum three participants to qualify. Participants do not need to start simultaneously — within the same calendar quarter qualifies.

The Diagnostic Tools

Participants access the Vietnam Friction Profile and Vietnamese coaching questionnaires through a secure link. Access is provided by the facilitator upon engagement confirmation.
